Persistence Opens the 3rd Eye:

“And he said unto them, which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves; For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him? And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I can not rise and give them. I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth. And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.” (Luke 11:5-10, KJV)

On the surface, if we take these verses literally, it’s a pretty boring story. A man has an unexpected guest show up at his house around midnight, he doesn’t have any food for him, so he walks over to his neighbor’s house and knocks on the door asking if he can have a few loaves of bread. The man and his family are already in bed for the night and doesn’t want to be bothered. The guy keeps knocking and asking for this bread, and he finally gets up and gives it to him. Wow, what a thrilling story this is.

Once again, the bible was never meant to be taken literal, if you do take it literal, it is the most boring and contradictive thing you will ever read. So, unless hearing about a neighbor and a loaf of bread really does it for you, we should probably dig a little deeper here.

We know that Jesus Christ in the Bible is simply the personification of the human imagination, and we also know that he refers to himself as the Bread of Life (John 6:35) So this is our first clue. In this story, you are the man (your lower self) knocking on the door, and you are also the man upstairs in bed (your higher self), knocking represents meditation, and the door itself is your third eye (pineal gland).

The hidden message here is this: If you will be persistent in meditation, even when it seems like nothing is happening, the door to your magical imagination will open and it will give you everything you desire.

The Bible is a book of high magic.
