Be Still and Remember:

“Be still and know I AM God.” (Psalms 46:10) and “Put me in remembrance.” (Isaiah 43:26)

If I could only offer you two keys for manifesting a desirous reality it would be these two, “be still” and “remember.” I offer these not as any form of dogma but as spiritual suggestions. The first one “be still” concerns meditation, for it is only through consistent meditation (being still) that we will know we are God. Consistency is vital because of the world we live in, we are confronted on all sides on a daily basis by things offering to rob us of our stillness. We must take time every day to be still and know we are God. The second key, “remembrance” concerns personal affirmations. Again, consistency is paramount, because of the constant stress our world provides us, we must be put ourselves in remembrance of the promises of God on a daily basis, often multiple times a day.

Read through the Bible and discover which magical promises most appeal to you, and let these become your personal affirmations. The combination of knowing you are God and then consistently reminding yourself of these promises creates an environment that is governed by your divine self. This is way more preferable than taking a “roll with the punches” approach to life.

I have said, Ye are Gods; and all of you are children of the most High.” (Psalms 82:6)

This is the divine paradox we exist in. We are Gods, and at the same time we are children of God. We must take time to be still to know we are Gods, and then as children we must remind ourselves of the promises that we made to ourselves; like children who rely on the promises of their parents to take care of them.

If you can develop a habit of stillness and remembrance, you will begin to negotiate reality like the divine light you truly are.

In love and light,

-J
