Nervous System Reset:
“I have set the Lord continually before me: because He is at my right hand I shall not be moved. Therefore my heart is glad and my glory [my inner self] rejoices: my body too shall rest and confidently dwell in safety.” (Psalm 16:8-9)
The key to living an abundant life is embracing your divine nature, and you do this by simply letting go of your old mindset, the mindset of survival, fight or flight. This is what it means to “set the Lord continually before me”, in other words, allowing your higher self to take the lead rather than the ego.
When the Bible talks about the “right hand” it is referring to the right brain, the imagination. This is Christ in you, your beautiful, creative, human imagination. The imagination always comes before. All things begin in the imagination and then appear in what we call reality. To fully accept this means letting go and easing into your divine nature. It’s about trusting that your higher self has your back, like a divine bodyguard, and you “shall not be moved.”
You’ll know you’ve let go of the ego, your old ways, when gladness arises in your heart, when you feel a genuine organic joy in your inner self. It seems like it would be scary to let go, and your ego wants you to think it is, but it’s actually the opposite, it’s like coming home, familiar warmth and comfort, a feeling of peace and relief; this causes your nervous system to reset, and your physical body begins to finally rest, because for once, you are “confidently dwelling in safety.”
This is the vibration of life, and not just life, but abundant life.
In love and light,
